Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage direct client engagements, overseeing engineers and other staff in our São Paulo office.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and achieving business goals.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to client engagement teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for expansion within existing client accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our client engagement processes and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business and/or finance, with a preference for candidates with experience in both areas.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Dual US citizenship with local residency in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Proven track record of success in managing client engagements and driving business growth.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective client engagement strategies.
