Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity solutions to protect our insurance clients' digital assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits tailored to the insurance industry to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents specific to insurance operations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the insurance sector to integrate security best practices into software development and infrastructure projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry trends in insurance cybersecurity, continuously improving our cybersecurity posture in this domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles within the insurance industry, with a focus on threat detection and incident response.
• Proficiency in security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection, with a deep understanding of insurance-specific security requirements.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) pertaining to cybersecurity.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
